What RICO does on its own

It reads email.

RICO imports and processes bank statements and supplier invoices that arrive by email.

It flags price changes.

When a supplier raises a price, RICO notifies you right away and asks whether to raise the selling price by the same amount or by a different one.

It recognizes items.

When it doesn't recognize an item on an invoice, it asks whether to link it to an item in the warehouse or create a new one.

It orders on time.

You set a minimum, optimum and maximum for each item, and RICO creates a requisition before stock runs out.

It reports to your accountant.

Your accountant has their own access, and every day after business hours they receive everything they need by email.

You pay for a perpetual license, in one payment, in installments or a combination, and after that there are no monthly fees for the program. Vexen AI can be added as an optional monthly license. The price depends on the number of stores and warehouses, and on your needs.
