How an order works

The customer writes however suits them.
By message, photo or voice message, on WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, SMS or email.

The AI checks stock.
If an item is unavailable, it says so and suggests a substitute. If the customer still wants to order, the AI creates the order.

The order is in the system.
In under 15 seconds, with the exact text the customer wrote, the time and the channel.

The customer gets an instant confirmation.
The price, delivery time and order number, for example 37/2026, arrive in the same chat.

Everything else goes through the order number.
