Wholesale and retail trade

One program for sales and accounting. E-invoices and e-delivery notes are viewed and edited in the program, without logging in to SEF (Serbia's e-invoicing system). The program is connected to the bank, tracks who owes how much and generates IPS QR codes (instant payment). Warehouse requisitions are created automatically, based on the minimum and maximum you set for each item, and pricing calculations and price adjustments run automatically. Customers receive delivery notes by SMS.

One of the largest e-commerce companies in Serbia

AI checks the customer's address with Google Maps and confirms it by SMS. When a customer fails to collect a package several times in a row, an employee is notified to call them before shipping. The platform is connected to all courier services in Serbia and the region, to Shopify and WooCommerce, and to ads on Meta, TikTok and Google. ProfitBox shows the real profit per product: it subtracts the purchase price, returns and ad spend from the price. The fiscal receipt is issued only when the customer collects the package.

The program calculates very complex promotions. It knows how much goods fit in a truck and which products the customer is missing to qualify for a promotion, and suggests them itself.

We built its entire business software: customers, suppliers, stock in all warehouses and employee work. Vehicles are tracked by GPS, with the fastest routes, fuel consumption, tolls and registrations. AI receives orders from sales reps and alerts them when a customer starts ordering less.
